We think it's an amazing base for staying in Seattle. Just a 20-minute stroll to the centre. Tea and coffee was a bonus...
-
Lots of restaurants and bars you can select. The hotel was centrally located. For dinner, we went to la vita e bella, it was right next to the venue. Plus, it provided us with a free Wi Fi.

The waffles! Comfortable bed and clean linens.
A bit pricey for no bathroom.

Music in Common Restrooms :)

Very well located. The staff is polite and helpful.
This is a hostel-like hotel, which means you should be prepared to things like shared bathrooms and tiny rooms - the price charged by the hotel is mostly based on its location. All that did not bother us. The big problem was that the hotel is located above a bar which, apparently, has live music going on all days of the week. The music was so loud I could not sleep until 2 in the morning. This probably is common, since the basic stuff provided by the hotel (the so-called "survival kit") includes sound blocking earbuds. Anyway, if you are after busy nightlife, and a good night sleep is not among your main concerns, then this is the hotel for you. If you want a quiet corner to rest, you should stay somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is electic and European style in nature. The price is a bargain and it includes a very good and ample complimentary breakfast. Great place to stay and close to amenities. I will recommend to friends.
No elevator

Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Eager to offer restaurant recommendations. Good value given location and style of rooms.
Parts of bathroom were not very clean, especially around shower and sink. Housekeeping staff insisted on turning on Jerry Springer and telenovelas during breakfast.

Style/decor, staff, breakfast
Noise.. The rain hitting the AC box was really annoying. I woke me up at 4am Pour lighting in the bathroom

Very nice design hotel !
Too noisy. They could isolated better the windows. They would save money ( with temperature waste and less noise)
-
Chic, modern, quirky, and comfortable.

Great price and location!! Super clean and funky design!! <3
I wish the continental breakfast offered eggs, oatmeal or anything not sweet! But no big deal! I'd stay there again anyways!! :)

It was comfy.
I wanted a personal mini fridge!!

I think it's a good value for money. I was going on a cruise trip. The pier is located within an easy 5-10 min walk from the hotel. The bathroom is outside the room but it is not a problem because there are 5 bathrooms for 12 guests and they are pretty big and clean. There are coin- operated washer and dryer at the basement - which is very nice though I did not use them. Free tea available 24 hr. Hotel staff are very nice, helpful and friendly.
My room was right on 1st Avenue so the noise from the passing cars and the cafes/bars downstairs made it a bit difficult to sleep. I wish they had double windows that seal off the noises. They kindly moved me to another room but this time it was more or less the same in terms of noise. It was on the Wall Street side of the building. If you book, you may want to request the inside rooms though they may be a bit smaller than the ones advertised on Booked.net. The water pressure of the shower is a bit low.

The staff, cleanliness and design of the room and amenities was great
The front rooms are very noisy on the weekends with the bar downstairs. The hotel provided ear plugs, but unfortunately this wasn't enough to keep out the noise. I was somewhat expecting this though, so it didn't ruin my stay
